EliteReads sells digital products (ebooks) that are delivered electronically. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once an ebook has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Digital products cannot be returned after delivery.


Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be provided only in the following situations:

  • The product was not delivered after successful payment

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

  • The ebook file is corrupted or cannot be opened

  • A technical error prevented delivery

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You purchased the product by mistake

  • You do not know how to use the product

  • You downloaded the ebook successfully

  • You did not like the content
